  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

Walkova currently delivers to all major cities and serviceable areas across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Walkova may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issues, additional delivery charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Walkova is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the package and products (if damaged)

  • A description of the issue

We will investigate and work toward a suitable resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
