You may request a return or exchange if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
Walkova reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products showing signs of wear or use.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
If the size ordered does not fit, customers may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability.
Conditions for size exchange:
The product must be unworn and in original condition.
Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact number
Reason for return or exchange
Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, Walkova will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products.
